anyone explain to me why tomo's friend was acting weird this episode? was she getting jealous?

I believe she's feeling bad that she was unable to get Tomo and Jun together more effectively and fears she may have ruined things by interfering
Not jealousy but second guessing her actions

It's been some years since I read the manga, but I remember getting the vibe that Gundou had romantic feelings for Tomo buried deep down. But realized them too late. However, Manga Updates doesn't give the manga the label LGBT Character in Non-Yaoi/Yuri Manga, so I'm not entirely sure that's why she was acting the way she did.
